Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking to expand our customer base.
Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing their needs effectively.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that align with sales goals and enhance brand visibility.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team progress for senior management review.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a diverse sales team.
Excellent business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities in the market.
Knowledge of technology sales is highly desirable, along with an understanding of current industry trends.
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members alike.
Door to Door sales experience is a must.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
Flexible schedule
Schedule includes 10 hour shifts, 4 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts, day and evening shifts, Monday to Friday, and weekends as needed
