About the Role

The SAP Master Data Lead Analyst is responsible for designing and executing the Data Quality framework, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility related to material and vendor master data within SAP. This role involves coordinating data management activities across technical resources and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high data integrity standards. The position is based in-office at the CuraScript facility in Lake Mary, FL, with a requirement to perform onsite 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Manage master data (material & vendor) creation, updates, and deletions within SAP.
Troubleshoot master data management issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data across business systems.
Analyze, cleanse, and enrich master data elements to ensure efficient and consistent data flow between users and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent use of data, manage master data reports and projects.
Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows, and related documentation.
Conduct periodic data audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas.
Collaborate with the Master Data Governance team to ensure alignment around change requests and data standards.
Maximize reporting accuracy and master data quality.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; BA/BS degree preferred.
2-5 years of relevant data analysis experience.
2-5 years of relevant ERP experience; SAP/S4 and IBP experience strongly preferred.
Experience with ERP reporting tools, queries, and business intelligence applications.
Strong technical and procedural knowledge of ERP systems.
Proven experience working with large data sets including cleansing and validation.
Excellent data management skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication (oral and written) and collaboration skills.
Ability to navigate SAP environments to locate, validate, and manage master data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, data visualization).
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new skills, technologies, and processes.

Nice to Have

Experience with IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
Experience with ERP reporting tools, queries, and business intelligence applications.
Technical and procedural knowledge of ERP systems.

Qualifications
