About the Role

ADP is hiring a GlobalView Senior Lead Consultant. ADP GlobalView is leading the Global Payroll and Time market in the World and provides services to multi-national clients looking for outsourcing solutions. The role involves functional payroll resource driving client projects, strong client consultation skills, focus on delivering quality, continuous learning, training, mentoring, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Implement the client's solution using ADP's Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product (based on SAP).
Lead blueprinting workshops to gather information on the client's requirements.
Design and document the client's solution including their business requirements and program specifications.
Consult with clients throughout data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phases, providing assistance including reconciliation.
Support clients through User Acceptance, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases to ensure successful implementation.
Take ownership of issues and gaps between client requirements and ADP GV template, working with other streams to resolve them.
Perform Quality Assurance reviews on blueprints and system configuration.
Identify and manage risks at the project level.
Lead Implementation Team forums, contribute to knowledge sharing and team development.
Mentor and support team members, providing training and knowledge sharing.
Liaise with the ADP Project Manager/Agile Team Lead and Line Manager, providing status updates and early warnings of issues.
Support pre-sales activities, including technical documentation analysis, demonstrations, and workshops.
Liaise with the Product Manager for feedback on templates and future product changes.
Assist in designing non-standard changes to the ADP GlobalView template.

Requirements

5-7 years of SAP Payroll configuration experience in the U.S. and/or Canada.
Configuration knowledge and consulting skills for at least two SAP functional areas.
Solid functional and blueprinting knowledge.
Ability to travel 10%-25%.
Experience or military background is acceptable in lieu of formal education.
Strong knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources, Portal, or Time Management SAP modules.
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
Excellent communication and client-focused skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Methodology knowledge and application.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and lead a team of consultants.

Nice to Have

SAP SuccessFactors integration experience.
College degree (preferred).
Proven ability to lead multi-country HR/Payroll implementations.
Strong presentation and customer expectation management skills.

Qualifications

College degree is preferred but not required.
