Key Responsibilities

Develop screening media site support for key customer installations
Grow install base by winning major screening media tenders
Develop Metso Screening media to meet market demands and expectations
Drive supply chain improvements to meet market expected lead times
Grow market trust through business case product awareness
Regional product development and management
Provide spares and media quotation support
Develop regional product strategies and action plans
Offer application support and media selection proposal support
Manage sourcing strategies in collaboration with the delivery team
Provide Tier 2 technical support
Offer on-site support to market areas and sales channels
Provide product support

Requirements

Fluent English language skills; other languages are a bonus
Proven leadership experience in managing people and business operations
10+ years of experience related to products, services, and industries
Proven track record of leading change
Willingness to take ownership and responsibility
Technical or commercial degree (MSc, BSc, MBA) or equivalent experience
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strategic leadership experience
Ability to network and interact with diverse backgrounds
Capability to develop people and solutions for future needs
Fast reaction and response capabilities
Highly performance-driven and proactive working style
Open communication style
