About the Role

We are seeking a Scrum Master with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Scrum AGILE Azure IoT and basic knowledge on Grafana and SRE Monitoring & Observability.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.
Remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
Track and report key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
Support the team in achieving high performance and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) and company standards.

Requirements

Expertise in Scrum, AGILE, SAFe, and IoT.
Basic knowledge of observability and Grafana.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience of 8 to 12 years in relevant roles.

Nice to Have

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
