Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Analyst - Hybrid Opportunity

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage performance dashboards using Adobe, Excel, Google Analytics, Botify, Google Data Studio, Big Query, and Tableau to report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and automate complex SEO reports using tools such as Adobe, Excel, Botify, Smartsheet, Alteryx, Python, and SQL to drive SEO traffic growth.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of SEO data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance SEO strategies.
• Build competitive analysis reports to discover opportunities for growing E-Commerce traffic and analyze SEO performance for large-scale websites with 1M monthly unique visitors.
• Manage and execute ad hoc reports and projects, ensuring timely and accurate data analysis.
• Conduct technical SEO site and website architecture audits, including management of no-index tags, redirects, robots.txt, CMS pages, and XML sitemaps to improve website performance.
• Track and monitor organic traffic trends and Search Engine algorithm updates.
• Oversee the SEO Admin tool, including automated interlinking, redirects, noindex tags, and content blocks.
• Utilize strong communication and project management skills to interpret data into actionable tasks and write detailed Jira technical tickets.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of SEO strategies.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Adobe, Google BigQuery, and Google Analytics to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college in business, mathematics, technical field, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in E-Commerce Digital analytics roles using Google Analytics, Google Cloud, and Tableau platforms.
• Prior experience analyzing SEO reports for large-scale websites with 1M monthly unique visitors.
• Strong project management skills to interpret data into actionable tasks.
• Working knowledge of EpiServer CMS or other e-commerce CMS platforms.
• Proficient experience in Microsoft 365 products, especially Excel and data visualization tools.
• Advanced experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Botify, DeepCrawl, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Trends, STAT, Google Analytics, Alteryx, Tableau, and Jira.
• Advanced Botify or DeepCrawl website crawling/reporting experience.
• Basic proficiency with HTML and understanding of JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL programming languages.

Nice to Have

• Google Analytics, Adobe, and Botify certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital analytics and SEO.
