Job Description

About the Role

The Seasonal Project Coordinator is a position to assist the Project Managers. This includes being an available resource to help with day-to-day operations of the department. The Project Coordinator will assist with actualizing, handle smaller projects, and handle other admin functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on smaller projects and communicate to all relevant departments in regards-to budgeting, production, post-production.
  • Review, Code, Authorize and submit to accounting all Invoices, Timecards and Expenses applicable to the coordinator's projects.
  • Manage assigned projects through to final billing.
  • Keep detailed records of assigned projects.
  • Assist Project Managers with staying current with actualizing.
  • Process paperwork and assist in the creation of a digital wrap binder.
  • Be a resource to Project Managers on a day-to-day basis for any help required.
  • Make sure paperwork and reports are filed and or disseminated to the appropriate PMs.

Requirements

  • College Degree-BA or BS in a Media related or business or Project Management program.
  • 1-2 years professional office experience.
  • Extremely proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and Teams.
  • Must have exceptional organizational, communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with budgeting and planning/scheduling and managing of projects.
  • Client handling experience.
  • A strong ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Nice to Have

  • 1-3 years of Production and Post-Production experience.
