The company is recruiting for the role of Segment Marketing Director of Cloud Connectivity within Datacenter Infrastructure, focusing on strategic marketing and system engineering for Cloud Connectivity systems worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing business relationships with leading customers in the Cloud Connectivity market and growing strategic relationships to increase business at high and sustainable levels.
  • Development of Datacenter Infrastructure Cloud Connectivity strategy.
  • Identify and communicate the value proposition of the company's technology to customers, including technology leadership, total cost of ownership considerations, and the breadth of products and services from design to logistics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key Cloud/Optical accounts.
  • Identify and communicate customer and industry requirements to internal BU organizations and influence internal stakeholders and company strategy to provide complete solutions.
  • Gather and analyze customer information covering market positions, strategies, culture, methods of operation, success factors/metrics, and business processes relevant to ADI strategy.
  • Recommend and serve as ADI's key representative in joint ventures and strategic third-party partnerships.
  • Perform quarterly revenue roll-up for assigned accounts and strategy summaries.
  • Manage and lead annual and bi-annual pricing contracts with strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of working experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Cloud Connectivity market, either in semiconductor or non-semiconductor industries.
  • Experience in both strategic marketing and customer interface roles.
  • Strong ability to influence others and excellent communication skills.
  • Successful experience in product development or strategic marketing.
  • Self-motivated, willing to take on challenges, and aggressive in driving results under pressure.
  • Experience in business management and knowledge of executive selling.
  • Strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
  • B.S.E.E. and MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently locally and internationally.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in semiconductor or related technology markets.
  • Experience with international markets and global customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • B.S.E.E. degree (preferred).
  • MBA (preferred).
