About the Role

Our innovative ad technology client is looking for a SEM / Paid Search Specialist! This opportunity starts as soon as the right candidate is identified, and will continue (40 hours a week) for at least 3 months with the potential to convert to a full-time, salaried position with benefits. This is a HYBRID position based in the Fort Worth area, with three days required onsite per week. The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and reporting on paid search (SEM) campaigns for multiple clients within the travel marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Create new paid search (SEM) campaigns to achieve client performance goals
Optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to achieve performance goals
Analyze campaign performance, build client reports, and communicate on action items to improve campaigns
Monitor tracking to ensure that all reporting is consistently accurate

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
1+ years' experience in paid search (SEM) campaigns
Hands-on, can-do, proactive team player
Highly proficient in Google Adwords, Microsoft Advertising Platform, Doubleclick Campaign Manager
Strong project management and prioritization skills
