Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with consulting leadership to bring to market new consulting offers and provide case teams with the latest insight and tools to drive client impact.
  • Conduct research to support offer development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and deploy client diagnostics to scope customer experience innovations and improvements.
  • Contribute to proposals and client workshops in collaboration with consulting teams.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to demonstrate the business impact potential of Generative AI & Bionic Customer Engagement solutions.
  • Perform competitor and market research to communicate the value proposition and impact of Deep AI solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to build diagnostic and data assets to baseline client capabilities in Generative AI & Bionic Customer Engagement.

Requirements

  • Currently in a product marketing or sales enablement role at a Generative AI / Personalization / CX Orchestration Technology vendor.
  • Highly knowledgeable about CX Orchestration, Personalization, Generative AI, Next Best Action / Offer technologies.
  • Experience across multiple service sectors such as telecoms, banking, utilities, insurance, or government.
  • Experience in client-facing roles including consulting, sales, or account management, with skills in product demonstrations and solution design workshops.
  • Ability to conduct research to develop business cases and estimate the 'size of the prize'.
  • Experience in scoping AI, automation, and digital solutions to transform customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in working collaboratively in virtual team environments.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working.
  • Flexibility, curiosity, and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • At least 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant sectors or topics, or 3+ years of industry experience with 4-6+ years preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in French, German, or Italian is highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Fluency in additional languages such as French, German, or Italian.
  • Experience in sectors like telecom, retail, banking, insurance, or travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of consulting experience or 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
