Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with consulting teams to bring functional expertise in customer experience & ecommerce, focusing on the Travel sector including Airlines, Hotels, Tourist Operators, etc.
  • Work on end-to-end journey mapping, digital product strategy, ecommerce, and customer service and support in the travel sector.
  • Develop customer-centric strategies and deploy AI / Digital solutions that drive customer-centric business impact.
  • Serve as a thought partner and subject matter expert to case teams and consulting leaders, helping to structure and solve complex issues.
  • Conduct research to support offer development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and deploy client diagnostics to scope customer experience innovations and improvements.
  • Contribute to proposals and client workshops in partnership with consulting teams.
  • Communicate market priorities and craft messaging to convey customer experience value propositions and impact.
  • Stay ahead of evolving customer experience trends and innovations, especially with AI, to continually enhance BCG’s perspectives and diagnostics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant Customer Experience or Digital Strategy; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Alternatively, 3+ years minimum industry experience in relevant sectors; 4-6+ years preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in sectors such as telecom, retail, banking, insurance, or travel (preferred).
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in agile ways of working.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • Curious and creative mindset, flexible, and effective in virtual and collaborative environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI, automation, and digital solutions in customer engagement.
  • Deep expertise in omnichannel customer experiences across online and offline touchpoints.
  • Experience working with Airlines, Hotels, Tourist Operators, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred).

  • Total compensation includes base salary, discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Base salary range: $115,650.00 - $118,216.67, depending on experience and skill set.
  • Bonus of up to 24%.
  • Retirement contributions starting at 5% and increasing to 10% after 2 years.
