About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Customer Accounts at XPO is responsible for providing strategic business insights through trend analysis, operational reporting, and report quality assurance to support customer success and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform trend analysis to provide strategic and actionable business insights that enable operations or customers to make data-driven decisions
  • Facilitate operational reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews for assigned focus accounts
  • Assist with query building, dashboard generation, and report templates
  • Ensure the quality of reports delivered to customers by proofreading and editing reports, checking numbers and report findings, and ensuring overall formatting and visual consistency
  • Monitor utilization and partner with customers to develop strategies to ensure the best use of services and help achieve maximum value

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2 years of experience supporting customers with operational and technical issues, including deep analysis and status reporting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • LTL industry experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage difficult customer conversations
  • Able to operate with minimal guidance and structure in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Qualifications

  • Formal educational background includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
