Our Analytics team is focused on using data to generate insights and power fact-based decisions across the business. As a Senior Analyst, Fantasy Sports, you will be at the center of our efforts to provide the best-in-class experience for our customers. You will partner with teams across the organization including Operations and Marketing to help us drive the Fantasy business forward at DraftKings.

Key Responsibilities

Support Promotions and Operations strategy and execution through analysis and reporting.
Identify opportunity areas for improving customer experience and engagement in our Fantasy products.
Build reports, dashboards, and alerts to monitor performance and track against goals of the Fantasy team's key success metrics.
Proactively generate new ideas, build business cases, and measure results to help DraftKings Fantasy Analytics stay best-in-class.
Partner with Stakeholder teams to identify data needs and utilize available data to maximize business performance of our Fantasy products.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
3 years in business analytics or data science, with expertise in marketing analytics and attribution methodologies.
Proficiency in SQL/Snowflake and Excel/Google Sheets for large-scale data analysis.
Experience with R, Python, or statistical programming languages is a plus.
Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools to create impactful dashboards and reports.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Ability to work autonomously, with a strong desire to produce high quality work.

Qualifications

Relevant educational background or equivalent experience in related disciplines.

Benefits & Perks

US base salary range of $95,200.00 USD - $119,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
Guidance through the process of obtaining a gaming license if required.
