About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to define customer segmentation criteria
• Develop and maintain a dynamic customer cohort plan to drive customer migration
• Deliver a flexible and risk-based cohorting strategy, encompassing business, regulatory, financial and technical considerations, while ensuring compliance with data governance, privacy and security standards
• Lead customer migration activities in an agile manner, in partnership with the Information Technology team
• Provide customer migration and cohorting contingency plans, supporting dynamic analysis and updates
• Collaborate closely with IT, reporting teams, and business stakeholders to align on requirements, timelines, and success criteria
• Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure mutual understanding of cohorting logic and data migration impacts
• Monitor performance of cohorts post-migrations and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Analyze outcomes to refine cohorting logic and improve future migrations

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis, data management, or migration-related roles
• At least 3-5 years of direct experience in data migration (preferred)
• Experience working with agile and/or CI/CD programs
• Strong technical and data-oriented skills to create, manage, and maintain dynamic data analysis
• Ability to collaborate and drive cooperation across diverse teams with conflicting goals
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including communicating at the executive level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
• Self-directed, motivated, with high standards of excellence, integrity, and confidentiality
• Experience with data migration and modeling
• Understanding of core data governance principles in an enterprise organization
• Knowledge of Kraken or CSS systems (preferred)
• Understanding of Meter to Cash, Customer Operations, and/or CIS functionality (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Knowledge in Scaled Agile, agile methodologies and/or CI/CD
