The Points Guy
This role requires a hybrid schedule and can either be based in our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters or our NYC Office (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week. Were looking for a data-driven Senior Analyst to join the Customer Experience team at The Points Guy (TPG). This role will focus on optimizing the on-site experience for millions of users from first-time visitors to loyal points and miles enthusiasts through thoughtful experimentation, iterative design, and close collaboration across the business. Youll play a key role in shaping how users interact with key content and tools, with the goal of increasing engagement, retention, and conversion.
