Key Responsibilities

Support Aetna growth initiatives in Network through data analytics, file preparation, and provider roster loads to support business functions including Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions.
Develop and maintain QuickBase applications.
Translate business requirements into actionable reports.
Ensure data accuracy.
Oversee project management activities.
Identify and implement process improvements and document procedures.

Requirements

3+ years QuickBase Development experience.
3+ years data analysis experience.
3+ years report design and development.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.

Nice to Have

3+ years healthcare/Medicaid experience.
3+ years provider data experience.
Project Management experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
