Senior Associate, Analytics

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Understand core business challenges facing B2C & B2B clients, and develop relevant campaign measurement frameworks that outline measures of success, in-flight optimization levers, and learning opportunities
• Ensure understanding between daily analytics support & approved measurement frameworks
• Work with internal planning, activation, and audience team members, and with team members within the client team, as a Data Analytics subject matter expert
• Participate in team-wide culture of learning by staying current on industry trends, methodologies, and technologies
• Support the implementation of data-driven solutions including report automation, analysis, and insights to optimize digital marketing performance

Requirements

• 1+ years of media analytics experience in a media agency environment
• Experience with regular client communication, including presentations of reports
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Exposure to testing or brand lift measurement
