The role is within our Marketing and Promotions team on DraftKings Pick6, our fastest-growing Fantasy Sports vertical, focusing on promotional and bonus tools to drive user growth, retention, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of promotions, offers, and sitewide campaigns.
Manage on-site merchandising and creative briefs to support high-impact content.
Use player insights and data to optimize user journeys and promotional performance.
Own targeting and execution of cohort-specific offers, especially for new and cross-sell users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation and go-to-market functions for new promotions and sitewide marketing campaigns.

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in gaming, consumer technology, digital marketing, or a similar industry.
Experience with promotions, merchandising, or loyalty-driving tactics.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Customer-first mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in gaming, digital marketing, or related fields.
Experience with promotional strategies and customer engagement tactics.

Benefits & Perks

US base salary range of $60,800.00 - $76,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
Guidance through the process of obtaining a gaming license if required.
