About the Role

Our Marketplace Strategy & Operations team is responsible for building, scaling, and improving the way in which we provide Restaurant delivery. We focus on restaurant selection, testing new products, optimizing marketplace performance, and leveraging logistics to increase return on investment for our partners. The role of Senior Associate in this team involves creating new services that simplify operations and reduce costs for restaurant partners, with a focus on supply chain management. The position offers opportunities for ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic product development within a fast-paced environment. The company operates in a hybrid model and values a growth mindset, ownership, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Own visible goals that drive both top-line and bottom-line performance of the core marketplace business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Sales.
Bring new products and strategies to market, integrating new value propositions into the restaurant ecosystem.
Become an expert on how to run a sustainable marketplace business and create value for Merchants, Dashers, and Consumers.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a problem solving role such as Consulting, Tech, Banking, Food & Beverage, etc.
Completed BA/BS degree in a quantitative field (engineering, mathematics, business, etc.).
Strong financial acumen and experience with complex financial or operational models.
Strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL experience is a major plus.
Experience with stakeholder management across diverse audiences, from front-line doers to senior executives.

Nice to Have

SQL experience or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

Salary range from $78,200 to $115,000 USD, localized by work location, with opportunities for equity grants.
