Senior Associate, Marketplace - Growth Strategy & Operations

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own visible goals that drive both top-line and bottom-line performance of the core marketplace business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Sales.
• Bring new products and strategies to market, integrating new value propositions into the restaurant ecosystem.
• Become an expert on how to run a sustainable marketplace business and create value for Merchants, Dashers, and Consumers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a problem solving role such as Consulting, Tech, Banking, Food & Beverage, etc.
• Completed BA/BS degree in a quantitative field (engineering, mathematics, business, etc.).
• Strong financial acumen and experience with complex financial or operational models.
• Strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL experience is a major plus.
• Experience with stakeholder management across diverse audiences, from front-line doers to senior executives.

Nice to Have

• SQL experience or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (engineering, mathematics, business, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience in a problem solving role.
