IDR is seeking a Senior Campaign and Automation Developer to join one of their top clients in Brentwood, TN. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute personalized and automated marketing campaigns, including Emails, SMS, Push Notifications, and Direct Mail.
Utilize marketing automation platforms like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and others to translate marketing strategies into effective campaign workflows.
Manage project timelines and tasks using systems such as Asana, Workfront, or JIRA to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Partner with IT Marketing, Data Engineering, and Engagement teams to define business requirements and ensure data and creative needs are met.
Lead meetings with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to discuss campaign development and personalization initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or IT.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Marketing, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in marketing automation and campaign management systems, as well as Microsoft Office products.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines effectively.
Experience with SQL is a plus.
