Senior Creative Development Manager / ACD (Design)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team in developing and executing compelling marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies that meet business objectives.
• Provide art direction and guidance on graphic design projects to ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee copywriting efforts to deliver engaging and persuasive messaging across various platforms.
• Mentor and develop junior creative staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Evaluate and present creative concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in art direction, graphic design, and copywriting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively solve problems.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing and creative development across Email, Web, App, Digital Display, and Print.
• More rooted in art background than copywriting.
