T-Mobile US
At T-Mobile, we invest in YOU! Our Total Rewards Package ensures that employees get the same big love we give our customers. All team members receive a competitive base salary and compensation package - this is Total Rewards. Employees enjoy multiple wealth-building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year-round money coaches. That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! This position must be located in Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office. At T-Mobile, we don't just lead in wireless—we lead in redefining what it means to be connected. We're looking for a Senior Creative Direction Manager to help lead and deliver bold, brand-building work across some of our most high-impact creative initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, helping to guide creative development from big idea to final execution—supporting our photo and video brand libraries. As part of T-Studios, you'll partner closely with designers, copywriters, editors, studio managers, and business leaders to develop integrated creative that moves the brand forward and drives real results.
We're more than just a wireless company; we're a brand that pushes boundaries. We don't settle for incremental change; we leap forward, driven by an insatiable hunger for innovation and progress. Our mission is to redefine connectivity for our members, employees, and communities. We value growth, creativity, and impact, fostering a culture where employees are encouraged to aim high and leave their mark. We believe in a jungle gym of possibilities rather than a traditional ladder, supporting career development and shared success.
