Senior Data Analyst - Circularity Strategy

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis within circularity services (Trade-In, Recycling) to address operational challenges and identify opportunities for added value to sellers and customers.
• Model and forecast seller and customer behavior to optimize Long Term Value for the company.
• Analyze and model optimal pricing strategies to increase trade-in device volumes, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Explore and recommend new approaches for understanding used device flows and opportunities to grow the circular market and attract new customers and sellers.
• Contribute to circularity strategy by considering long-term implications of actions and leveraging opportunities beyond Circularity scope, such as supply creation and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate closely with business and top management by supporting their needs, providing tools for insights, facilitating performance monitoring, and sharing analysis and recommendations to gain buy-in.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in ecommerce, retail, marketplace, or related fields.
• Good balance of statistical/technical skills, business acumen, and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with internal teams and senior decision makers to drive decisions and actions using data insights.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL; proficiency in Python or another coding language is a plus.

• Experience with Python or another coding language.
