Senior Data Analyst - Litigation Content

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure our legal data is complete, fit-for-purpose, and exceeds high quality standards.
• Develop deep expertise in legal data and use creativity to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and create efficiencies in workflows.
• Identify areas for improvement in data management and contribute innovative ideas to enhance data services.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define, acquire, and maintain essential datasets.
• Proactively propose solutions and drive improvements across workflows and data products.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with data management systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as advanced Excel, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages, and mark-up languages like XML.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A customer-centric mindset and eagerness to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, News, and Sales & Service teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship now and in the future.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a legal setting, particularly familiarity with electronic court records and document filing systems.
• Exposure to or interest in working with large language models (LLMs) and LLM prompting.

Qualifications

• Educational background equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree.

• Salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 USD annually plus benefits.
