Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain streaming data pipelines using Databricks, and Spark
Create ML Pipelines to feed data and update a variety of models
Develop ML models to enhance predictive analytics capabilities and support decision-making processes across various departments

Requirements

Strong product ownership and good intuition on how data is used to drive business decisions
Mastery over Python programming language and SQL
Experience with distributed data processing or software engineering of data services
Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark and working with web-scale datasets
Passion for the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including automation, testing, CI/CD, and documentation
Good data intuition, attention to detail, and a passion for data quality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, providing and receiving candid feedback
Comfort working in a rapidly changing environment with ambiguous requirements

Nice to Have

Experience with Azure Data Tools, such as Data Lake, Synapse, or Fabric
Power BI experience

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related field preferred, but not required
