Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level analytic initiatives to unlock people-related insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Use platforms, programming, and systems to establish single-source data to support insights and improved decision making.
  • Effectively communicate data-driven findings and recommendations to diverse audiences through compelling storytelling, translating data science and analytics into practical solutions that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Extract actionable insights from vast datasets using advanced analytical techniques such as machine learning and predictive modeling to support talent management, talent acquisition, rewards, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects in the people analytics domain, including organizational change initiatives and impact assessments.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business challenges and develop tailored solutions leveraging experiments, analytics, and statistical expertise.
  • Foster a collaborative network of stakeholders across the organization, providing expertise and education on cutting-edge analytic approaches.
  • Unlock the power of complex data to inform strategic business decisions and drive sustainable competitive advantage.
  • Lead and nurture existing partnerships to advance people analytics initiatives, working with vendors to drive success.
  • Develop machine learning models that predict outcomes, forecast trends, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Innovate through experimentation and AI-driven decision-making to transform approaches to complex challenges.
  • Manage third-party vendor teams, working with geographically distributed teams and business stakeholders with effective communication.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related role.
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques to develop predictive models.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization using Python, R, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or Azure.
  • Experience analyzing historical Human Resources data to identify trends, patterns, and seasonality.
  • Ability to develop forecasting models for workforce needs and trends.
  • Experience managing data quality, integrity, and accuracy across HR systems and databases.
  • Skill in designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for HR metrics and KPIs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with vendor teams and managing geographically distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing and advanced analytic approaches.
  • Experience in organizational change initiatives and impact assessments.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in data analytics or related roles.
