Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to optimize AI operations and enhance system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Design and conduct experiments to validate model performance and improve operational processes.
Monitor and maintain AI models in production, ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently.
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of best practices in data science and AI Ops

Requirements

10+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI and machine learning applications.
7+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
7+ years of experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib).
7+ years of experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Nice to Have

5+ years of demonstrated experience in problem-solving with complex datasets.
5+ years of experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5+ years of successful project management and collaboration in team-oriented environments.
3+ years of experience mentoring and developing junior data scientists.

Qualifications

Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
