The role involves developing, implementing, and supporting software within A&M Tax, including internal tools and client-facing enterprise systems, across all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Work with lead developers and architects to understand and implement solutions to challenging business problems.
Contribute to the development of clean architecture with an emphasis on reusable components.
Respond to escalated support issues.
Build efficient and maintainable code.
Test work to ensure high standards of quality.
Mentor junior developers.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, management of information systems, or information technology and accounting AND/OR a master's degree in a related field.
4 to 7 years of experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Web API Integration and development (C#).
Experience with mocking tools like InVision or Figma.
Backend technologies in the Microsoft Stack (C#, MSSQL) are a plus.
A human-centered approach to application design.
A natural flair for problem solving and an entrepreneurial approach to work.
A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes.
Ability to learn and apply new technologies.
Excellent communication and business writing skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Tax knowledge and related experience is a plus.
Partnership tiering and allocation, Asset Wealth Management, or Private Equity experience is a plus.

Qualifications
