Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for AI and software services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot their solution built on top of a custom AI platform.
• Develop and maintain internal tools and APIs to support platform operations.
• Respond to inquiries in a documented fashion including ServiceNow.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure platform reliability, observability, and security through automation and best practices.

Requirements

• Senior Software Engineering experience with a strong foundation in system design and debugging.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure, including infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js and Python for tooling, automation, and API development.
• Experience with API development and integration, including RESTful services and API lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to data pipeline tools like Airflow or Prefect.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
