About the Role

The Senior Digital Experience Manager at Apex Systems is a key leader in creating world-class customer journeys across digital marketing channels, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), and defining cross-channel marketing strategies to drive business goals for products and personal computers (PCs). This role involves owning marketing goals, managing cross-functional teams, and building relationships with customers to improve products and ensure a connected customer experience across various digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and revise customer-first strategy for holistic customer journey across a variety of our commercial products.
  • Own the all-up marketing strategy - setting the customer-first strategy for a holistic customer journey across the funnel.
  • Lead the Commercial Integrated Marketing Pod that brings together strategy, execution, and experimentation across performance marketing channels.
  • Create plans and initiatives across the Pod, including learning plans, multi-channel strategies tied to customer journey, priority-setting, and initiative tracking.
  • Own setting the organization's annual forecast/goals, managing to meet or exceed targets, and communicate results to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Forecast metrics in partnership with analytics team and digital marketing channel leads and execute to meet targets.
  • Create Monthly Business Review (MBR) content to share with partners, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing channel leads (e.g., paid, email, in-product) and contribute in partnership with execution teams.
  • Lead and participate in pilots to support innovation and improvements.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on customer insights and business insights within the organization.
  • Embody company culture and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5-7+ years of integrated marketing, event management, marketing strategy, business planning, or related experience, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role.
  • Experience in creating executive presentations and white papers.
  • Experience with building campaign strategy within marketing channels (e.g., in-product, email) and driving execution.
  • Customer experience champion with a focus on improving customer experience, gaining efficiencies, and performance.
  • Experience leading virtual teams across organizational lines and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with executives.
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail and a customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Ability to own high-visibility marketing activities with thorough planning and focused execution.

Nice to Have

  • Additional or preferred qualifications include a Bachelors Degree in related fields with 8+ years of integrated marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field.
