The Senior Digital Marketing Strategist role involves transforming digital marketing efforts through modern technologies and data-driven insights to create personalized, omnichannel experiences that resonate with target audiences in online and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with channel marketing, sales, and the platform team to design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan, focusing on integrated journeys, personalization, A/B testing, lead generation, and customer data to drive business results.
  • Partner with channel marketing and sales teams for end-to-end management of integrated digital marketing campaigns, overseeing planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis to ensure cohesive online and offline interactions.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation using advanced tools and artificial intelligence to optimize marketing efforts and enhance customer experiences.
  • Enhance segmentation strategies using marketing data to identify, target, and engage high-value audience segments, applying lead scoring to prioritize high-quality leads.
  • Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and boost visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product, and ET, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless integration across channels.
  • Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously enhance marketing capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on strategy development, campaign management, and performance optimization, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, social media, search engine marketing, and content marketing.

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including customer data platforms (CDP), marketing automation platforms (MAP), personalization technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and content management systems (CMS).
  • Proven track record of innovative thinking and creative problem-solving, with the ability to introduce new ideas, methodologies, or approaches to digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, present findings, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Previous experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
  • Digital marketing expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, social media, search engine marketing, and content marketing.

Benefits & Perks

  • Base pay range of $130,000 - $155,000, with potential participation in incentive programs linked to performance, such as annual discretionary bonuses or other incentive plans.
