About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with channel marketing, sales, and the platform team to design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan, focusing on integrated journeys, personalization, A/B testing, lead generation, and customer data to drive business results.
• Partner with channel marketing and sales teams for end-to-end management of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation using advanced tools and artificial intelligence to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer experiences.
• Enhance segmentation strategies using marketing data to identify, target, and engage high-value audience segments, applying lead scoring to prioritize high-quality leads.
• Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and boost visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless channel integration.
• Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously enhance marketing capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on strategy development, campaign management, and performance optimization, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, social media, search engine marketing, and content marketing.

• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including customer data platforms (CDP), marketing automation platforms (MAP), personalization technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and content management systems (CMS).
• Proven track record of innovative thinking and creative problem-solving in digital marketing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
• Additional certifications in digital marketing or related disciplines are a plus.

Benefits & Perks

• Base pay range of $130,000 - $155,000, with potential participation in incentive programs linked to performance, such as discretionary bonuses or other incentive plans.
