Senior Digital Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and interpret business data using various techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
• Activate the connection between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy to identify and prioritize product or portfolio opportunities, and establish the product vision, charter, and roadmap.
• Define product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize features and epics, and break down work into actionable steps to facilitate product discovery, design, development, and delivery.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and drive the product roadmap leveraging OKRs, creating the product in conjunction with agile, experience design, technology, and risk partners to achieve business and customer outcomes.
• Understand and care for technical features, debt reduction, and modernization of technical products, especially for technical products, with expertise in the required technology.

Requirements

• Product management experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret business data to meet needs.
• Knowledge of digital product models and agile delivery methods.
• Familiarity with operating within a digital product environment.
• Understanding of how business lines operate, especially in Wealth and Investment Services.
• Ability to design, configure, and integrate technical aspects of software products.
• Knowledge of risk management processes and tools.
• Strong customer centricity and ability to implement strategies to ensure positive customer experiences.

Nice to Have

• Expertise on the interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance.
• Ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, KPIs, design systems, and reusability.
• Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and customer needs to add value.
• Knowledge of product PnL, product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery, and product development.
• Experience with channel management, adoption, customer experience research, insight and execution, go-to-market strategies, performance measurement, marketing, and analytics.
