We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Fellow, Full-Stack Engineer to join our AI Hub team. This role is located in New York, New York.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert-level software development services and technical support, consulting with internal business groups and IT leadership on strategic issues and complex problems.
Design, develop, and maintain well-designed, testable, and efficient full-stack code, including frontend and backend components, applying security and privacy principles.
Lead the development of flowcharts, layouts, documentation, and test-automation suites to satisfy business requirements and ensure software functionality and currency.
Mentor junior engineers, actively participate in code reviews, and advocate for innovative technology solutions while staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree is beneficial.
18+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in full-stack development.
Proficiency in languages and frameworks such as C#, Java, HTML, NodeJS, CSS, JSON, Angular, and JavaScript.
Intermediate understanding of security principles, relational databases, architecture design principles, application frameworks, and containerization.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor others and present IT strategies to business leaders.

Nice to Have

Experience in the securities or financial services industry.
Broad experience in multi-platform development tools and vendor-specific methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
18+ years of experience in software development.

Base salary expected to be between $136,500 and $275,000 per year, with additional compensation options such as bonuses and incentive packages.
