Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of the product strategy across ClearChoice, defining the long-term roadmap and vision for various product lines.
  • Set the direction for innovative product development that meets customer needs and provides a competitive edge in the market.
  • Develop and refine the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals, evolving customer needs, and market trends.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Define the product roadmap and backlog, collaborating closely with UX, design, technology, and other stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to assess product feasibility, complexity of implementation, resourcing, and timelines.
  • Oversee the delivery of products from ideation through launch, ensuring agile, responsive, and strategic product development.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, design, technology, and business operations to define, prioritize, and execute product features.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to align product goals with company-wide objectives and support ClearChoice's vision.
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality product experiences.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and professionals, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Inspire teams to work collaboratively, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Provide strategic leadership to help teams solve complex problems and deliver impactful products.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for integration into the product ecosystem.
  • Benchmark new solutions to enhance product offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, leveraging data to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions, optimize user experience, and iterate on features.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to enhance product delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and milestones.
  • Travel up to 20% as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in product management, digital strategy, or product development, with a focus on customer-facing products.
  • Experience managing diverse product lines and leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to develop long-term product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Experience in driving digital transformation and integrating emerging technologies into products.
  • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams of product managers and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of product development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Proven strategic thinking and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and leverage insights for decision-making.
