Senior EDI Development & Integration Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and foster a knowledge sharing culture and environment of open communication, collaboration, accountability, and problem solving.
• Increase team productivity by focusing on development, coaching, education, and support.
• Coordinate and lead daily team activities, including offshore resources when engaged.
• Spend a portion of time performing the work of those they supervise.
• Assist with management decisions and activities, understanding teams' functions within the organization.
• Develop and facilitate organizational models and structure changes needed to meet evolving electronic business strategies.
• Establish and implement enterprise-wide business systems.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architect regarding technical strategy, design, construction, and maintenance of marketing, commerce, and operational systems for platform websites.
• Be accountable for budget, staff planning, management, and product and service delivery.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of support or production teams.
• Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinate work activities with other supervisors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, internal IT partners, and vendors.
• Lead or assist with negotiation of in-scope technology contracts.
• Keep current regarding trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in related field.
• 10+ years of technical and management expertise.
• Experience managing complex technical projects.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale initiatives/transformations.
• Experience developing technical documentation.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Analytically minded and methodical problem solver.
• Excellent customer service, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of structured project management techniques.
• Experience working within a multi-cultural environment.

Qualifications
