About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL processes to support healthcare analytics projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and accuracy.
• Work closely with data scientists and analysts to facilitate data access and usability.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across all data pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an ETL or Data Engineer, preferably in healthcare analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with ETL tools and frameworks such as Informatica, Talend, or Apache NiFi.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD codes.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python or Java.
• Previous experience working directly with healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development.
