About the Role

CACI is searching for a highly skilled and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to provide executive-level support to top-tier clients. The role involves a broad range of expertise including graphic design, project management, visual communication, customer service, photography support, web administration, strategic planning, support services, and organizational brand management. The position offers an opportunity to work in a culture of integrity, trust, and continuous growth, contributing to national security missions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide reliable, accurate, state-of-the-art multimedia support to ensure effective communication of mission goals and objectives.
Translate requirements into a variety of visually appealing and impactful design products, including exhibits, environmentals, infographics, posters, brochures, publications, branding, digital signage, slick sheets, illustrations, briefing presentations, logos, and engravings.
Manage several projects simultaneously using industry-standard graphic design tools and Workamajig project management software.
Conduct basic digital press and large format print production functions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in graphic design or related field.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Advanced proficiency in graphic design software, specifically Adobe Creative Suite.
10 years of relevant experience in the graphic design field.
8 years of project management and customer service experience.
Proven track record creating products and visual communications using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and senior leadership.
Superior organizational skills to manage multiple efforts and deadlines efficiently.
Applied knowledge of 508 compliance and other relevant industry standards.

Nice to Have

10 years of creative and support experience in the government and defense industry.
Intermediate proficiency using DSLR cameras and post-processing best practices.
Intermediate proficiency in WordPress and SharePoint web administration.
Intermediate proficiency in Workamajig.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design or related field.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
