Senior HR Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with appropriate customers to identify and coordinate new system developments and/or enhancements.
• Develop project scope of work documents and project plans that minimally include an analysis of benefit, cost, work schedule and any related risks of the project.
• Assign, schedule, train, review, and monitor project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget.
• Identify the roles of project team members, project reporting structures and frequency of interaction and any training requirements that may be needed for a team member to complete a project.
• Define the responsibilities of parties involved in the project including customers, management, project team, vendors and others affected by the project.
• Identify, track, monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of projects.
• Maintain effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Develop system review schedules, audits and acceptance tests for each phase of a project.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders, along with third parties / vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Organizational Leadership, or an applicable Business area required.
• Minimum 3 years related experience required.
• Technical experience in software development and web technologies preferred.
• Previous working experience in utilizing Project Management Methodologies required.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• General Office Equipment.
