• Collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the organization to align with the IT vision and product strategy.

• Contribute to shaping business cases, defining value, scope, priority, and measurement of features and initiatives.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Information Systems, Business analysis, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience; 4 or more years preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including delivering effective presentations.
• Proven ability to facilitate effective meetings.
• Experience in leading large-scale projects and initiatives preferred.
• Understanding of business processes, insurance products, and customer needs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills preferred.
• Values continuous learning and personal development.
• Ability to critically evaluate multiple options to solve complex problems.
• Willingness to challenge existing norms and processes to find better ways of working.
• Enjoys working in a team-focused and collaborative environment.

Qualifications
