Senior Java Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• 7+ years of experience develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC
• Design and implement efficient database schemas and queries using SQL and mySQL
• Use AWS services to enhance application performance and scalability
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define design and ship new features
• Write clean maintainable and efficient code following standard processes
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency to standards
• Fix and debug applications to optimize performance
• Implement security measures to protect data and applications
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing tasks and deadlines effectively
• Communicate effectively with team members to gather requirements and provide updates

Requirements

• Possess strong experience in AWS services and cloud computing
• Show strength in SQL and mySQL for database management
• Have extensive knowledge of Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC frameworks
• Show expertise in Javascript for front-end development
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Have a solid understanding of software development standard processes
• Display strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Preferably have certifications in AWS or Java development
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Have experience with agile methodologies and project management
• Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges
