Senior Java Fullstack Developer IBM Optim

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using Core Java and Java Fullstack technologies.
• Oversee the implementation of IBM Optim to ensure data management efficiency and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Asset & Wealth Management projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all software development processes.
• Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Support the deployment and integration of software applications in a hybrid work model.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure project alignment.

Requirements

• Possess extensive experience in Core Java and Java Fullstack development.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using IBM Optim for data management.
• Have a strong understanding of Asset & Wealth Management domain is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Asset & Wealth Management domain.

• Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer
