Key Responsibilities

Leading the team with strong and seasoned Java developers, preferably AWS certified, with hands-on experience.
Communicating precisely and concisely up to MD level (Senior Leadership).
Applying strong analytical skills, including proficiency with pivot tables in Excel.
Collaborating with various teams to ensure tasks are completed, including following up.
Identifying necessary system improvements and communicating them to the team.
Writing procedures and documentation.
Applying knowledge in risk management and controls, if applicable.

Requirements

Experience in Java development, including Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and Kafka.
Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model from the client location in New York, NY, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week.
Strong communication skills and analytical approach.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to identify system improvements and document procedures.

Qualifications

Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and Kafka.
8-12 years of professional experience in relevant roles.
