Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver robust analytics outputs that meet statistical requirements and make business sense.
  • Manage project delivery from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting revenue and profit targets.
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts, providing clear, direct, and supportive feedback.
  • Build presentation content and generate actionable insights.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with clients.
  • Develop relationships with client and agency counterparts and act as an external ambassador for Gain Theory.
  • Create marketing content, develop products and services, and support analyst development.
  • Oversee data collection, validation, and coordinate data questions with clients and agencies.
  • Manage data transformation, model building, validation, and signoff, ensuring high standards of quality.
  • Support the interpretation of results and assist in converting models into client outputs.
  • Ensure accuracy of all numbers in presentations and reports.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and client relationships to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Lead and motivate team members, assign tasks, and facilitate collaboration.
  • Identify training needs and support team development.
  • Support business development efforts, including client retention and industry engagement.

Requirements

  • Interest in using data and analytics to make better decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and a curious, hardworking attitude.
  • Proficiency with technology, software, and programming languages.
  • Degree demonstrating technical ability (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Statistics).
  • Good problem-solving skills and understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Bayesian and Frequentist approaches, especially in time series econometrics.
  • Experience in media testing and variable selection.
  • Previous leadership or team management experience.
  • Experience in client-facing roles or consultancy.
