Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights - Joint Business Partnerships, Walmart Connect

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for our emerging JBP framework, ensuring alignment with Walmart Connect's business objectives and sales strategy
• Oversee the contract approval and exception process, ensuring timely and effective execution of JBP agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for emerging JBPs, including pacing and benefit redemption plans to drive business growth
• Ensure leadership alignment by providing regular reporting and insights to senior leaders, and gaining buy-in on key initiatives and decisions
• Develop and maintain JBP legal process and operations, ensuring compliance with Walmart Connect's policies and procedures
• Provide seller support and guidance on JBP-related matters, ensuring a positive experience for our partners

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies and operations plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with contract management and vendor onboarding processes
• Strong understanding of sales strategy and enablement principles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

• Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
• Knowledge of sales analytics and performance metrics
• Familiarity with JBP frameworks and sales enablement strategies
• Certification in a related field, such as sales operations or business analytics
• Statistical Programming Language
• Experience supervising associates

• Master's degree in Business Administration
• Project Management Professional Certification
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
• 4 years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years of experience in these fields
• 2 years of experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
