The Senior Manager Data Science role involves providing strategic leadership in advanced analytics and machine learning to solve business problems, with a focus on customer segmentation, optimization, and prescriptive analytics. Key Responsibilities

  • Provides thought leadership and strategic thinking to translate business problems into analytical frameworks.
  • Independently recommends actions and provides business insights based on data analysis.
  • Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Supports the development of recommendations to solve business problems using analytics and data-driven approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering (any), Statistics or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in a Data Science-related occupation or in the job offered.
  • Proficiency in business and statistical analytics.
  • Experience with analytical and statistical applications such as Teradata, MicroStrategy, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Access, Minitab, or R.
  • Stakeholder management, cross-functional team communication, collaboration, and management skills.
  • Ability to set KPIs and success measures using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Miro, or PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project and program management tools including Jira, Airtable, or Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean/6 Sigma and Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Experience in process engineering, process improvement, and change management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with market competitive total compensation packages.
