Senior Manager, Health Plan Adherence Solutions (Product Management, Growth)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Update leadership on the status of adherence programs and communicate findings effectively.
• Work with IT to resolve operational issues uncovered from colleague feedback.
• Partner with capital budgeting to communicate program enhancement needs for future years.
• Create scaled solutions for adherence programs tested by incubation teams.
• Lead a team in managing existing medication adherence products and enhancing their efficacy.
• Scale up previously tested adherence concepts and manage their deployment.

Requirements

• 4 years of work experience.
• 2 years of product management experience.
• 1 year of people management experience.
• Strong leadership skills to guide a team through adherence program management.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional work.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results.
• Deep knowledge of pharmacy and healthcare, including data systems.

Nice to Have

• Strong operational experience including program design and implementation.
• Experience in optimizing health programs, especially medication adherence.
• Healthcare background, ideally in retail pharmacy.
• In-depth knowledge of health systems, health economics, epidemiology, and data management.
• Subject matter expertise in clinical and operational aspects of retail pharmacy, including data system architecture.
• Ability to influence leadership with clear, tailored communications.
• Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills that are clear, logical, and consistent.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills across various business units.
• Knowledge of CVS Health's retail pharmacy business and processes.
• Ability to diagnose complex problems and recommend practical solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership in cross-functional project environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred qualifications include MBA, Doctor of Pharmacy, or MPH.
