Senior Manager, Health Plan Adherence Solutions (Product Management, Growth)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Updating leadership on the status of adherence programs.
• Working with IT to resolve operational issues uncovered from colleague feedback.
• Partnering with capital budgeting to communicate program enhancement needs for 2026+.
• Creating scaled solutions of tested adherence programs from incubation.
• Leading a team in managing existing medication adherence products, enhancing their efficacy, and scaling tested concepts.
• Effectively communicating work and providing clear recommendations based on findings.

Requirements

• 4 years work experience.
• 2 years of product management.
• 1 year of People management experience.
• Demonstrated strong independent leadership skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional work.
• Ability to interact with and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of pharmacy and healthcare, including understanding of data systems.

Nice to Have

• Strong operational experience including program design and implementation.
• Experience in optimizing health programs, ideally medication adherence programs.
• Healthcare background, ideally in retail pharmacy.
• In-depth knowledge of health systems, health services, health economics, epidemiology, and data management.
• Subject matter expertise in clinical and operational aspects of retail pharmacy, including data system architecture.
• Ability to influence leadership with clear and tailored communications.
• Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills that are clear, logical, and consistent.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills across various business units.
• Knowledge of CVS Health's retail pharmacy business and processes.
• Ability to diagnose complex problems and recommend practical solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership in cross-functional project teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: MBA, Doctor of Pharmacy, or MPH.
