The Senior Manager, Immunizations Growth, will be responsible for developing strategic plans that align with the company's goals to drive sustainable growth within the Immunizations portfolio, analyzing market trends, customer and colleague feedback, and developing roadmaps and pilots to inform future strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategic plans that align with company goals to drive growth within the Immunizations portfolio.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and colleague feedback to identify opportunities.
Create short and long-term roadmaps to enable the organization to meet strategic priorities.
Develop strategic perspectives on new and existing capabilities.
Design and test pilots to evaluate the effectiveness of tactics and make recommendations for future roadmaps.
Lead in a matrixed organization, gaining alignment across functions and influencing without authority.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development.
2+ years of experience leading and developing colleagues.
3+ years of experience in business case development, building strategic roadmaps, or implementing technology solutions.
Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to Have

Experience presenting to leadership teams.
Ability to influence partners and leaders without direct authority.

Qualifications

Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree.
